Happy Mother's Day
May 11, 2025 - Mother’s Day To be honest, I’ve never wished my mom on Mother’s Day, not even once in my life. Sometimes I feel like I should. Maybe give her a hug, hold her tight, and say something nice. That doesn’t mean I don’t love her. But, I know, I can’t. I’ve never been good with emotions. I always avoid them, even in movies and TV shows, and of course in real life. But when I involve in any emotional moment, I get overwhelmed. That’s the problem haha. You might be wondering why I am talking about emotions even though I don’t like to talk about it. It’s because of a small moment, I would say ‘cute moment’ that I saw on Mother’s day. It was a cold evening in Bangalore. I was at a café with a few friends, holding a glass of steaming ginger tea. As soon as I took a sip of it, the heat ran through my body, chasing away the cold. We were chatting about our holidays. A few had just returned to the city that day, asking questions about our new subjects and the semester ahead....
